Manager of the Year
Everyone is invited to take part in the competition ”Manager of the Year”.

”The Manager of the Year”, organized by the Foundation "It Will Be Well" from Stary Sącz, is a competition based on Industry Business Simulations by REVAS from Rzeszów. Students in teams of 3 pretend to be the board of a company and make strategic decisions related to the management of the company.
The decisions are related to:
launching the company and placing it on the market (logo design, company name selection, description of its mission);
expenses for starting a business (preparation of places for workplaces, equipment of workstations, selection of employees and their employment);
preparation of services offered;
product calculations (selection of suppliers, development of pricing strategies).
In the next stages, companies will start to compete with each other on the market, they will have to face the need to make current decisions, based on an analysis of the market situation, not forgetting about strategic decisions.
Enterprises fight for the best economic result after the final stage of the game. The competition consists of two rounds - an elimination game lasts approximately 3 weeks (November). The finalists (8 best teams) will be selected from the first round. - (finals in the first days of December). The winners of the finals will receive the title of "Manager of the Year", participants of the finals (students, teachers and schools) will receive awards.
